How and when did you start training?

There was no specific start date to when I began training. It is just part of who I am, I do it because I love it. As for the location I was always very eager to go the gym with my father, and my basement was a second gym. This gym had a basic setup consisting of an Olympic Bench Press, E-Z curl bar, a few dumbbells, heavy bag and speed bag everything I would need to get serious!

Like most kids my age I was inspired by action stars like Bruce Lee and Jean Claude Van Damme, and began training in martial arts at a very young age. The combination of training in martial arts and bodybuilding will always be my passion.

How many days a week do you train
and what is your routine?

Over the years I have experimented with every type of routine on the planet. Currently I prefer 3 Days of HEAVY weight training. When it comes to gaining and maintaining muscle mass, I have found that less truly is more. I focus on bringing my intensity through the roof while having perfect form on my squat, bench press, and deadlift. And then going heavy for just a couple sets on the auxiliary lifts to blast the smaller muscle groups.
This creates much more time for me to focus on the other components of my training and life. Martial Arts allows me to train core, cardio, flexibility , mind, body, and spirit all at the same time. In addition, I have 5 of the top personal training certifications in the world, so I enjoy incorporating allot of these different techniques into "hybrid theories" that combine many different training styles to get optimal results based on the goal. This also allows me to create new and exciting programs as my routine as well as my clients evolve.

into peak condition?

Fridge consists of Liquid Egg Whites, Chicken, Bison, Salmon, Eggs, Orange Juice, Spinach, Asparagus, Tomatoes, and other healthy food, mostly from the produce section.
