I started training back in Highschool for football and track but got SERIOUS about it back in 2008 when I injured my knee again. After that I finally got smart about weights and diet and it was trial and error from there.. AND STILL IS! LOL
Monday:
Chest/ shouders/ abs. 3-5 sets of 12-20 reps depending on muscle.
Tuesday:
Back/ Bi's/ Tris
Wednesday:
LEGS/ abs
Thursday:
Chest and shoulders (lighter weight more sets and reps)
Friday:
Back/ Bi's/ Tri's (lighter weight more sets and reps)
Saturday:
Hamstrings/ calves/ abs/ swim
Sunday:
Off
( My cardio consists of doing an intense Crossfit session with the
highschool kids 4 days a week)
Low carb intake (mostly from meats and veggies) and High protein.
I try to stay away from them! But if I ever do have a candy bar or something I'll usually take 1 or 2 bites. By that time my craving is gone and I can move on for another few months before it happens again!
I look at what I want to become in the future and that keeps me going!
