You have to get your mind right first before you can achieve greatness with your body. A lot of people have all the training/diet knowledge in the world and never put it all together. The missing link is always mental.

Nobody likes a kiss ass, but just the fact that someone waits till I am not busy, ask a diet or training question and trusts in me is truly an honor and makes me push even harder. To everyone in the gym that is a step a head of the rest, be kind to the little guys, you have to start somewhere...

I looked at my body and my life and realized I wasn’t doing enough. I knew how to lift a weight, but not correctly, but with proper tempo, technique, sets, reps, and rest! I then decided to look into personal training for my own knowledge...

At the end of the day I can look in the mirror and know all my hard work has paid off.
That I owe my results to myself and not by taking a short cut threw steroids and other illegal substances.
