Everything, you can always better yourself in some way or another, this year I'm trying to pack on some more mass, and then towards the end of the year I will do a cut and get even leaner than I have ever been.

We have two little girls, Jadyn 3 years old and Rylee 2 years old. Our girls have brought out the very best in both of us. We strive to be better people every day for our children. They are our world and that’s how life will always be, God and our kids come 1st.

I started lifting weights in High School. After Junior year I starting lifting a lot and I was fortunate enough to make some good gains right away. I was also very lucky to start working out at the right gym.
