I got tired with the way I was looking. So, I decided to do something about it. I had always been large when I was a child. People would say that I was “big boned” etc. Now, when I look back, I realize I was fat. Nothing magical was involved; I didn’t have a super swole grandfather who gave me his weight set, when I was 3 months old. Nothing like that.
I had to get into a gym ASAP! Now, I must admit. Two years prior to being tired of the way I was looking, I was able to drop a large amount of weight. However, it came right back. I do believe during this period, I did gain some muscle mass though.

What’s my "favourite" (English? Lol!) My favorite cheat meal is cookies! I love them all. Sadly, I don’t eat them anymore. Maybe for Thanksgiving though...
The results keep me going.
You mean besides getting to your level of leanness? I am personal trainer and I want to expand that area of my life. I also want to pursue a fitness-modeling gig.
Greg Plitt, Rob Riches, Rolsey (Hah!) You all have physiques I admire and strive to reach.
