How/when did you get started in training and living a fit lifestyle?

Actually, pretty recent, January 2014! One of my friends started to go to the gym and I joined him. I started living it, my body changed rapidly, after 1-2 weeks I saw changes. I got my personal trainer, diet specialist and I am now very pleased with the results!

How do you stay motivated?

I get loads of compliments and that keeps me motivated, I have a goal in my mind to compete in IFBB Pro Bikini and Arnold Classic in the USA, so I am now looking for sponsorship ;)

What types of cardio have worked best for you?

For my body HIIT is best, I go like a machine!


Do you have a favourite healthy recipe?

My favourite is healthy smoothies with fruits, ice cubes, coconut milk and little bit of a smile :)

What does your diet consist of?

My diet is strict, it consists of chicken as my main protein source, brown rice, sweet potatoes, vegetables, oats, and coconut milk. That’s it! :)

 How do you deal with cravings for junk foods, sweets and salty food?

I throw them in the bin, lol! Mostly I don't have anything of that kind in my house, only on cheat days, I have some M&Ms.

What are your top 3 favourite exercises?

My favourite are - Squats, second is cable crossovers and third would be deadlifts!

 Do you listen to music whilst you train?

No, I don't, I just listen to what’s in gym!

What is your training routine like?

Do you set short and long term goals?

My short term goal is to not lose the great condition of my body as it is, and my long term goals are to win as many competitions as possible, to become recognised and be a role model to new athletes and to the public in general.

What are you most proud of?

Most proud of been healthy, strong, beautiful and wise.

How do you measure your progress?

I take selfies, lol. Also make measurements and check my weight. 

Who are your favourite, athletes or fitness models?

Actually, I don't know... I like Zyzz, he was a cool guy!

What supplements would you use/recommend if any? 

Definitely - Whey Protein, Multivitamins, Fish Oil. 

What tips would you give to any woman wanting
to get a feminine, CutandJacked physique like yours?

Don't be shy of what you could be come, step into a gym, ask for advice from professionals, if I can do it, you can do it!
