At a young age, about 12 wanting to improve my athletic ability I learned the weight room would get me there!
Overtraining and an unbalanced diet!
Just remember everyday you go, you are closer to your goals. Don't make your goals too big in a short period of time. Make a chart and keep track of what works best for you from a proper diet and training!
I listen to all kinds of music from Aerosmith, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Lil Wayne, dubstep and instrumentals from Hans Zimmer.
I always think someone out there is working harder than me. So I always give it my all!
I believe it's good to keep the body guessing. I like free weights more as it helps you work on your core to stabilize the weight. I use machines for high reps to help me keep my form and proper technique, I really like hammer strength machines as well.
I'm proud of the dedication I have in life! Just trying to make myself a better person everyday! The dedication I do have in the gym just translates into everyday life. It teaches you discipline, dedication. Believing in yourself can get you to your goals!
I try and stay lean and clean bulk, but I was born and raised in New Orleans the city of food lol. So from king cakes, beignets and gumbo. I do enjoy myself a little during off-season!
Basketball is my main cardio it helps because it’s sprinting, jumping and running. Also getting in the field with my weighted sled and speed hurdles, ladder drills for foot speed, plyometrics, to working with resistance bands for vertical leap! I love training like an athlete to improve my physique to making myself a better athlete.
I find carb cycling works out best for me. I eat chicken, tilapia, buffalo meat, egg whites, carb sources sweet potatoes, brown rice, steel oats, almond butter for fats and I eat a lot greens with each meal spinach and broccoli mostly.
Lebron James, Drew Brees and Jimmy Graham –WHODAT. The great Arnold the oak and Frank Zane. Joe Donnelly, he has reached out to me and taught me a lot.
