I first became interested in training when I was very young. I think I was 10 years old when I asked for weights for Christmas. I think I saw fitness mags with bodybuilders and loved the look of these people.
I used to love running but then grew to hate it for some reason not quite sure. I've gone through many fazes. I have never avoided weights have always loved them as long as I can remember.
Lately I haven't been spending as much time in the gym, I will try at least 3 times a week to be in the gym for an hour.
Music is a must for me. I like house music or just your regular top 40 dance hits. Anything that has a good beat.
I am most proud of my friendships. I find that I am a very busy person and I am proud that I have been able to find balance, as I haven't always been.
There was a time when I was always bloated and felt really tired. I couldn't seem to figure out what the problem was. For some reason one day I just figured it out that every time I had soy I felt terrible. I now know I have a soy allergy. Since cutting that from my diet it has been smooth sailing.
Whenever you don't feel like it do it anyway. You will get into a rhythm very quick and wonder why you weren't doing it all along. Don't get too down on yourself when you can't make it just know that you will again and strive for that.
I crave sugar hard sometimes. I allow myself to have it from time to time. But I make it a treat and never have it in my house that way it doesn't become a routine. Balance is the key.

Sprints. I hate long cardio sessions unless I'm watching a good movie or talking with a friend. So the faster and harder the better.
Honestly I don't have a routine right now. I just do what I feel making sure I have some sort of activity everyday.
I have always stood by my omegas and a good branch chain amino acid if you are trying to build muscle.
