How and when did you start training?

I have always been athletic, even as a youngster! I was the captain at ALL sports at school, won SportMan of the year annually, ran for Oxfordshire youth and played high-level football until unfortunately gaining a groin injury that prevented me from playing competitively! Thai boxing became a passion and the gym soon's been about 7 years since I joined my first gym! Although I did become a fully qualified gym instructor/personal trainer at 17 years old, I didn't utilise this until later on in life.

Do you bulk and cut or stay lean year round?

I tend to stay pretty lean all year round, never too far away from photoshoot condition.

What types of cardio do you do?

I don't actually do cardio....not the high intensity stuff anyway! A very slow stroll is the most you'll see me do. You wouldn't believe how many times people come up to me whilst on the treadmill to ask me if I'm "actually burning any fat"...each to their own! Everyone has different genetics.

When did you first feature in a fitness magazine and what advice would you give to a budding fitness model trying to get into the industry?

My first feature in a fitness mag was a long time ago and I have been lucky enough to be consistent ever since! Before fitness Modelling I did a lot more fashion and underwear work, ranging from D&G underwear campaigns to being the face of Playboy Prowler. Set yourself a Target, Observe and learn what works for you and results will follow.

What are your favourite ab exercises?

My ab routine changes all the long as I'm feeling the burn, I'm content! Abs, like any other muscle group, only needs to be trained properly once a week...RRG (Rest Recover Grow)!! Again, like any other muscle, there are exercises for growth and definition.

We know consistency is key, what tips would you give to anyone struggling to stay consistent?

In order to stand out you have to step up your game, the gym/nutrition must become a lifestyle! Always be one step a head...I have a simple theory that I go by, that is "there's no such thing as Luck, it's when preparation meets opportunity"

Do you listen to music whilst training?

I love my Tunessss....It's all about the Rhythm&Beat when training, I find it helps me concentrate and keep focused whilst most importantly helping prevent any distractions! The same way a tune you like can make you smile whilst sitting in City Traffic, it can just as easily help you push that extra rep. My current playlist consists of mostly House, Garage, Jungle, Dubstep, Grime and Drum&Bass but there's always a bit of Lil Wayne, Jay Z, Kanye, Drake, Biggie etc...& obviously Chase&Status!!!! Bass keeps the blood flowing...that's just standard!

Free weights vs machines what do you feel are the pros and cons of both and which do you prefer?

Alternating is the key to keep your muscles guessing enabling the much needed ShockFactor. I tend to use weights more for growth and cables/machines for definition.

What are your short and long term goals?

I'm in the process of setting up a brand at the moment, all will be revealed very soon!

What do you think about when you have to dig deep and push out that last rep?

Hmmm...not sure where to start! It could be anything really, even someone or something that wound you up that day. I also tend to think about friends and family as they have been my support units and the people I've let down along the way including my recent Ex-Girlfriend but determination comes from within. It's all about the last rep...If you’re training to adapt your physique then pushing yourself to the limit is a must!

What is your diet when trying to get in peak condition?

The diet is slightly more complicated depending on how long I have to loose fat! I tend to keep carbs in at all times but it's reduced when getting closer to the job and the daily water intake is increased to flush the system and help manipulate definition.

Who are your favourite athletes, bodybuilders
or fitness models?

I don't tend to seek inspiration from any others as much as I can appreciate their achievements! I'm a great believer that you have to look at yourself as an individual project and focus on your personal goals and capabilities! Being a Natural Athlete is another reason I avoid comparison.

What supplements do you use if any?

I'm sponsored by Reflex Nutrition and I am the face of their protein related supplements, I only use their products, as they are the cleanest in my opinion! Consisting mainly of Peptide Fusion, Native Whey, Glutamine, Multi Vits, Omega 3, Nos Fusion/Performance Matrics, Pitstop bars & Flapjacks!

What 3 tips would you give to anyone wanting
to get CutAndJacked?

1. To be on top, Sacrifices will have to be made....fuel your body and mind!!
2. Don't overtrain unless you want to witness your muscles disintegrate
3. Rest is as important as training and chilllll out!
