In January 2008, I bought and completed P90X. After not being physically active for about 2 years, this program kicked my butt into high gear. When I completed the program 3 months later, I immediately joined a gym, and haven't looked back.
Monday- Back, Tuesday-Shoulders, Wednesday- Legs, Thursday-Rest, Friday- Biceps, Saturday-Triceps, Sunday-Rest
During a typical week, I will do cardio 6 days/week. If I'm not prepping for a contest, I will alternate the treadmill and the elliptical. 3 days HIIT, and 3 days low intensity.
Grilled/Baked Chicken Breast, Veggies (Green Beans, Spinach, Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes), Almond Milk, Skim Milk, Crystal Light, Laughing Cow Cheese, Salsa, Egg Whites, Occasional Fruit, Greek Yogurt, String Cheese
Pumpkin Oatmeal: 1/2 c. oats, 1/2 c. almond milk, 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed, 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, 1 tsp. splenda, 1 heaping tbsp. canned pumpkin
