I originally started in June 2006 but in early 2007 I found out I was pregnant. Therefore, I had to restart my fitness goals anew in August 2009. I started with playing softball, and going to the gym 4 days a week to lose some weight and lean out.
Usually do 2 to 3 days of softball per week in addition to my gym workout.
I am not much for cardio I must admit. I use more diet to keep myself lean rather than cardio. If I do cardio it’s usually 20 to 30 minutes of uphill walking, elliptical, or step mill. I do like to do any kind of sport in place of cardio wherever I can.
Well along with my 2 year olds pudding, chocolate milk, and juice, my fridge has chicken breast, cheese, spinach, berries, turkey bacon, bacon, turkey sausage, milk, wheat germ, steak, and eggs.
I love fruit/berries…but turkey bacon is AWESOME!
I love olive garden bread sticks with Alfred sauce

Legs or Abs…Abs come kind of easy to me but I work hard on my legs
so I am more proud of their development.
I love a great chest on a man…but it’s definitely a tie with Chest and Thighs….thighs as a whole…quad and ham combo! WOWSER! ☺
