Around 2002 I took weightlifting more serious. 2009 I was serious. I learned staying in shape helped me cope with asthma. As time progressed I sought out an inner question of if I had what it took to step on stage and compete after achieving a goal of becoming a certified Personal trainer.
I stay motivated because I’m a motivated being; I have goals in life to meet and exceed. My Fiancé; Mother, and lil brother support me, a family base is helpful. Being consistent is easy, learning from those like Chad Shaw and the Oak who have made the scene what it is today... I keep striding on a journey towards my goals.
About a 1 to 2 hours depends on what I’m going to tackle that day.

Water and or crystal light, Chicken; chicken; chicken lol tuna and fish lots of veggies and brown rice as well as sweet potatoes. Oats and egg whites in the AM and oats before bed because I’m a hard gainer
I count calories at times. I’m trying to get into weighing my food I've been watching my Fiancé do it lately and seems like it helps keep you on track alot easier.
I don’t get bad cravings for none of the above, but if I’m at a stage where there is no room for any of it then I just snack on flavoured rice cakes.
Meeting my Fiancé she means the world to me she’s an awesome woman and competitor.
Have my own business; attain my Pro card some day.
I would have to say fly. I love to travel and see the world. If I could just pack a bag; lift up in the sky on my own a back-pack, I'd be on my way. Now that would be awesome plus I hate airplanes so it would cut out the middle man.
