CutAndJacked.com Interview:

Brian D. Holifield

How and when did you start training?

I was a basketball player in high school. To be honest with you I hated working out. Went straight to the ARMY right out of high school did 3 years. I hated working out while I was in there too. I really started getting into fitness when I got home from the military. Kind of ass backwards right?? But hey it was time to get started. I weighed 220lbs when I started lifting. But it just wasn’t the way I wanted to look. So I got serious, and I got on my diet and it was a wrap after that. My addiction for fitness became crazy. Now I’m 6’3 180lbs of straight VICIOUSNESS!!!!!

How do you manage to stay motivated and consistent?

My motivation comes from the heart. That is what drives me to be the best that I can be. There were times when I fell off due to the things going on in my life. But after working out it always became a stress reliever. Then comes the results of working out. The results got me going to make me go even harder. You look in the mirror and you see the results of the hard work you put in. It’s PRICELESS.

How long do you usually spend in the gym?

My diet consists of a high protein intake. Lots of veggies, fruits, tuna straight from the can, boiled egg whites with Herbalife nutrition products which gives me what I need to add to my high protein diet. With the amount of nutrition Combined from Herbalife products and my daily diet. My energy is through the roof and my peak condition is reached in a short time. Constantly maintaining a steady metabolism from the time wake up and eating 2-3hrs throughout the day to the time I sleep, helps reach my peak and maintain it year around. 365 days a year body!!!! GETSUM!!
