Naturally very muscular and I love sports - I loved the weight room- I love competing
I played every sport growing up and continued trying to be the best at everything I did.
Bodybuilding fascinates me - never ending possibilities to work every muscle strand in the body.
I workout every morning M-F 530-730
and every evening MWF- I do a cardio/ab session usually 90 min
Dedicated to the sport! I love the challenges & results. I love pushing myself to perfection. I dream big!

While competing it’s very plain. High protein lots of vegetables - little carbs till about 2 pm- fruit only in the mornings- I eat oatmeal every morning- I don’t eat anything but protein after 630pm.
I’m lucky enough to have a kitchen at work where I can keep my food stocked and available.
While not competing I enjoy whatever I am craving! I.e. ice cream--- lots of it. ;)
I enjoy following them all -I love seeing those that strive to be the best they can be!

Pure dedication- if you want something bad enough and you set your goals everything you do should be towards achieving that goal. To achieve a fit body it is a daily grind- you have to wake up thinking about it - work thinking about it- eat thinking about it- sleep thinking about it. It takes time of course! But we all make time for what’s important to us!
