CutAndJacked.com Interview:

Bruno Jukic

How and when did you start training?

Childhood friend got me hooked. I was 15 years old. Once I started, I never looked back.

How do you manage to stay motivated and consistent?

Having supportive family and friends is a major boost in keeping motivated and consistent.

How long do you usually spend in the gym?

Under one hour. What I like to do is get in the gym, do an intense workout and get out.

What is your training routine like?

This is my new routine as of 2011. My personal training business has picked up. I no longer work security as my second job, so know it has allowed me more recovery time during the day to have my naps and rest time.

What is your diet when trying to get in peak condition?

I'll take a multivitamin and fishoil. Eat as clean as I can, no fried or any other unhealthy foods. I usually like having my cottage cheese as my late night snack with berries.

Do you count calories or weight your food?

I don't believe in counting calories and weighting my food. I listen to my body, when I am hungry I will eat to my stomachs content.

How do you deal with cravings for junk foods,
sweets and salty food?

I eat the healthy alternatives. After a while my body adapts to not eating junk food. Once I have some junk food, I feel I crave it more. So I basically like to cut it out completely or just find a healthier alternative to my junk food cravings.

What is your greatest bodybuilding/fitness
achievement so far?

I truly believe my greatest bodybuilding/fitness achievement has been so far is that fact I have come all this way staying clean and natural my whole life.

At the end of the day I can look in the mirror and know all my hard work has paid off.
That I owe my results to myself and not by taking a short cut threw steroids and other illegal substances.

What are your future goals?

Maybe compete one day, always wanted to try the bodybuilder cutting diet. Curious to see what I'd look like with 2% body fat.

If you could have one superpower what
would it be and why?

To be the smartest person in the world. That way I could fix many of the worlds problems and help move humanity forward.
Discover ways to get people healthy and fit and to prolong everyone's life.

What is the number one philosophy you live by?

"You only get what you put in."

What top 3 tips would you give to anyone
wanting to get CutAndJacked?

  1. Keeping your mind clear and stay focused. Keep Stress to a minimum.
  2. Making sure you always work out the smartest at the gym. The K.I.S.S principle. Keep It Simple Stupid.
  3. Make a negative situation into a positive one. If you don't succeed find other ways to do so.
