This is my new routine as of 2011. My personal training business has picked up. I no longer work security as my second job, so know it has allowed me more recovery time during the day to have my naps and rest time.

Morning: Mixed martial arts session
Evening: Soccer training

Lower Body workout at the gym
Evening- Sprint session
Thursday:
Cardio day
Morning: Mixed martial arts session
Evening: Soccer training
Friday:
MMA style strength and conditioning session
Saturday:
OFF
Sunday:
Cardio-HIIT Training- Sprints 30 and 60 meter sprints
I'll take a multivitamin and fishoil. Eat as clean as I can, no fried or any other unhealthy foods. I usually like having my cottage cheese as my late night snack with berries.
I don't believe in counting calories and weighting my food. I listen to my body, when I am hungry I will eat to my stomachs content.
I eat the healthy alternatives. After a while my body adapts to not eating junk food. Once I have some junk food, I feel I crave it more. So I basically like to cut it out completely or just find a healthier alternative to my junk food cravings.
I truly believe my greatest bodybuilding/fitness achievement has been so far is that fact I have come all this way staying clean and natural my whole life.
At the end of the day I can look in the mirror and know all my hard work has paid off.
That I owe my results to myself and not by taking a short cut threw steroids and other illegal substances.
Maybe compete one day, always wanted to try the bodybuilder cutting diet. Curious to see what I'd look like with 2% body fat.
To be the smartest person in the world. That way I could fix many of the worlds problems and help move humanity forward.
