Yes, I was almost 17 back then, was hanging out with a friend and he
had a dumbbell in his room, 3kg (about 6lbs)
I did not eat right, I didn't follow a diet, and I probably over trained a lot.
My motivation comes from the results I see in the mirror, and from what
people say or how they look at me.
I am very proud of my way to build lean muscle without gaining fat,
I love being lean and hard all year long.
I workout 45 to 60 minutes, no need more than that, I barely make my way
to the car after 60 minutes of HARD workout.
I do 6-12 reps, which is the best range to build muscle and maintain lean mass, it's a scientific fact. I do go high at around 20 reps but very rare.

I love the keto diet, I am on it now and it is showing me great results.
No problem at all, I stick to my diet, if I do something I do it right.
I think about my body having no chance but building up more muscles for the next workout.
I don't have anyone in mind, as I follow my own goals and ideas, I am not looking up to anyone, although I appreciate all bodybuilders and fitness models.
