Currently I train two days on, 1 day off, two days on, 1 day off. My split is Back/Chest, Legs, Arms (bi's/tri's) and Shoulders. I lift heavy and train like a body builder in order to retain my shape.

I am a trainer and a contest coach so I find that my clients motivate me, other people in the industry motivate me; however, it is mostly my desire to try to improve as much as I can.

Setting small goals and keeping records of my progress really help me to stay consistent. The act of reaching goals makes me feel awesome. It makes me hungrier to achieve my next goal. Without goals and records, I wouldn’t have any direction and measurement of my success.

I participated in many different sports through the years, which required me to be bigger stronger and faster. In order to do so I had to train my body. I learned in high school from a former bodybuilder how to do it all properly.
