I learned at 10 or 11 how to use free weights with proper form. It was love from day one. I quickly become noticeably muscular for my age. In high school I set all the weight room records and loved to lift for hours.

My gym sessions never go past an hour. The only exception is when I was training for the Dragan Challenge last year. I keep the intensity high, and utilise supersets, tri sets, drop sets and mini circuits to save time.

First and foremost I believe motivation has to come from within. If you don't have self-motivation then when things start to get tough you won't be able to over come the challenges. You have to make sure you are doing it for your self and not anyone else.
