I started working out in high school at the age of 16. Playing sports and being an athlete has always been my lifestyle. I used to do sit ups and push-ups in my bedroom every night when I was younger haha...

I started training probably February of 09. I was having self esteem issues because I was modeling and after every photoshoot I just felt fat. Technically Photoshop could fix it but I knew I would never make a career out of it if I needed that much work.

I get up at 6 am (three days a week, and go to the gym for my cardio session; on two of those days I have to go to my work early). After training, I have breakfast and get ready for work. I’m a teacher and I work 5 or 6 hours a day

My philosophy totally changed and fitness became a lifestyle for me. I also decided to start eating clean when I started getting into competing and saw the dramatic changes just nutrition alone had on my body.

This is one of the routines I did for the month leading up to my fist figure competition to get lean and cut. For this routine cut your rest time down to about 30 seconds.On drop sets you continue to the next weight with no rest in between...

I honestly go through ups & downs in motivation just like anyone else. Recently, I’ve started doing some fitness “challenges” with my friends, Aubrie Richeson and Jaquelyn Kay. We post videos of the challenges and they are HARD!!
