Download-Workout: "I do cardio 6 days a week, generally power walk for 45 minutes in the morning or I jump into one of the boot camp classes (interval) down at my gym. I like to keep my cardio varied and exciting.I also hit the weight hard 4 days a week."

Download Workout: Monday is usually a full body PHA workout. Tuesday will be a swim, then the rest of the week I will split up the body parts, with Sunday being rest day. I try to get in 2-3 HIIT sessions a week, so some of the days are AM/PM splits.
