I started going to the gym again in January of 2010. At first it was just to get toned up and in shape. I really took my training to the next level when I learned about the Bikini Division in the NPC/IFBB. Ever since then I have been training really hard and getting ready for my competitions in 2011 and Nationals where I will compete for my Pro Card!
Right now my training is focusing a lot on building muscle.

I’m not on a really strict diet. I make sure not to eat junk and try to eat healthy. My diet will soon change about 4 weeks out from competition.
I have several but especially pizza!
After awhile of not having them the urge is not as strong anymore. Although, I’m not saying I never cheat and eat sweets so if I do that just means I have to workout a little harder next time at the gym.
My favorite IFBB Bikini Pro is Amanda Latona. My favorite fitness model and someone I consider a role model in the fitness world is Jamie Eason. I have had the pleasure and honor of meeting them both at Olympia weekend and they both were so nice!
Squats, Squats and Squats..haha..I used to hate doing squats and lunges but, they are now one of my favorite two exercises. I thought they were so boring and the results were slow. That all changed when I started mixing them up with weights and trying different things. That’s when I started seeing results much faster. My second favorite exercise is abs.
It all is a challenge..which makes me like it even more. I love going to the gym and all aspects of being healthy and fit.
My legs! I have really long legs and I get the most compliments on them ☺
I really like guys who have nice strong looking arms and well defined abs too ;)

I am a very driven person. I don’t give up easily on things I want. I always say I never want to look back on life and say I wish I would have done that or tried that. If I fail at something at least I tried it and gave it my best.
