I've always wanted to be fit. I loved sports and was interested in the bodybuilding and fitness world. I have always admired the fitness models and what I consider to be perfect bodies.
Fitness is a lifestyle for me. My motivation is the mirror. I always want to be better.
I like to running and spinning. However, the best cardio for me is circuit training. I do not have breaks between exercises whilst training the whole body.
I like all types of fitness candy which I make myself. My favorite is oat protein pancakes.
The contest diet is different. In this case, the high intake of protein and carbohydrate intake remains low. I eat chicken, rice, and steamed vegetables five times a day in smaller doses. Fruits are excluded. I drink 5-6 liters of water a day. The diet for me is "clean" eating throughout the year.
I use cayenne pepper and garlic granules instead of salt. Once a week I eat anything I like :)
The buttocks(glutes) and leg workouts I especially love. The stiff-legged deadlift and squats are my favorite.
It depends on my mood. I like silence. Silence helps me think through things. However, when I train, or my mood is good, of course, yes I listen to music. Deep House music I listen to when traveling like Nigel Stanley. At home I prefer chilled out music.
I train five days a week. I train two body parts separately. My cardio workouts are done early in the morning with a half an hour run or bike ride. Later, I do two hours of training with my trainer. (Lifting weights). During my competition prep my cardio increases.
I want to get my IFBB pro card. I want to increase muscle and switch category. I am currently a fitness model and sports model so I need a little more muscle and separation.
I am proud of what I have done. I'm an absolute champion of the Hungarian federation WBPF and European Champion respectively. Rated World Champion. The world champion and placed second in another German federation of NAC, I also got Ms. Shape category. I am proud of what my family kitartásomra inherited. I am proud of my parents who are always with me. I am proud of my Hungarian nationality as I sometimes stand top rung of the podium, and I represent my country. I am most proud that I can be myself in any situation.
Due to a knee injury before the European Championships I did not attend, and I prepared a lot for it. I'm even more motivated today.
I'm getting better every year. I started my fitness journey two years ago. The mirror does not lie.
