
The first time I picked up a dumbbell was when was about 9 years old in my dads shop...thinking to myself I want to be superman lol. I never picked weights back up till I entered the USMC in 2007.
I wanted to look so good I would over train consistently.

By watching guys 200lbs plus and thinking to myself... I put up THAT same weight,... I love it. It’s an addiction to self-dedication to try and make your body perfect. As well as watching the body progress into becoming flawless.

I spend about 12 hours a week. I also work as a personal trainer
Monday: chest:
incline bench 4 sets x 6 - 10 reps,
flat bench 5 x 5,
flyes incline - flat and decline 4 x 8 - 12
Tuesday: Legs
Squat 5 x 10,
leg press 5 x 8 - 12,
leg extensions 4 x 10 - 15,
leg curls 4 x 10 - 15
Wednesday:
Off
Thursday: Shoulders
military press 5x6-10,
up right rows 5x6-10,
front raises 5x8-12,
side raises 5x8-12,
shrugs 5x10-15
Friday: Calves & Abs
calf raises 5 x 15 - 20,
standing calf raises 4 x 6 -10.
decline crunches 5 x 15 - 20,
Russian twist 5 x 15 - 20,
rope pull down crunches 5 x 10 - 15,
leg raises 5 x 10 - 15
Saturday: back
weighted wide grip pull ups 5 x 5,
wide grip pull down 5 x 6 -10,
close grip pull down 5 x 6 - 10,
bent over barbell rows 5 x 6 - 10,
one arm dumbbell rows 5 x 8 - 12
Sunday: biceps & Triceps
standing wide grip barbell curls 5 x 6 -10,
seated hammer curls 5 x 6 -10,
incline bench dumbbell curls 5 x 6 - 10,
bent over concentration curls 5 x 8 - 12,
close grip bench press 5 x 6 - 10,
pull down 5 x 8 - 12,
skull crusher 5 x 6 - 10,
kickback 5 x 10 -12,
weighted dips 3 sets failure.
When trying to cut my diet usually consists of Tuna, Chicken, and Vegetables.
I just look at my progress since starting.

There are too many to say but most recent is knee injury in the Marines,
this set me back in my training.
I think about Ronnnie Coleman saying "light weight" ...its all in your head.
My favorites are Arnold Schwarzenegger, Branch Warren, and Kai Greene
