Overtraining and bad eating habits. The biggest that I ran into was overtraining, and not giving myself time to fully rest and recover.
I believe I’m a hybrid of Ecto/Mesomorph. I have a natural athletic body but my gains are slow because I have such a fast metabolism. Advantage would be my gains come in strong, defined and hard. Disadvantage would be not eating correctly and too much cardio takes away a lot of my gains.

To be consistent you have to develop a workout plan along with your meals. Make the plan realistic, and start small with your goals that are measurable, reward your self when you hit your marks.
Free weights give your body the ability to stabilize with other muscles and you will ultimately get better gains. Machine weights will isolate and gives you a sense of safety. For instance if I’m doing drops set s to failure working out by myself I might feel better and safer doing it on a machine weight.

5 days of weight Training 2 days of which I will add 20 minutes of cardio. When I have days of longer rest periods for workout I usually double set to keep my heart rate up.
Lots of veggies and a carb taper towards the end of the night. High lean proteins and all foods that are low in sodium.

I stay in 6 to 7 percent range all year round when I have an event or modeling job I will cut up.
How do you deal with cravings for junk foods, sweets and salty food?
Anytime I crave something I have things on the ready such as natural foots banana or almonds and raisins to get me through to my real meal. If I’m absolutely going crazy I will eat the so called taboo foods and get back onto my meal plan.
I think about all the critics all the people that got in my way or anyone that has troubled me through out my life and Walla I’m ready for that rep.

I have pretty much met all the fitness models and there a lot of greats but athletes I would have to say magic Johnson. Simply because not only was he great he made everyone around him better.
