When I was 15 years old I started boxing, I used to do some weights as well though, but up until 20 I only boxed and did fitness for fun. I wasn’t intensively into it until I got injured while boxing so I decided to go into fitness 100%.
I used to train without a training plan and did not take care of my diet, I trained heavy for a young guy so that caused injuries.
I think you must first want it badly, if you don’t, you are not going to stay consistent.
People who struggle for consistency don’t have realistic goals… So one must have a realistic goal.
I listen to allot of music during my workouts, it’s a must to have music with me in the gym right now, my playlist consists of different hip-hop, R&B music along with some motivational songs.
I think of the goals I have made and I also remember that all that's achievable isn’t always easy, knowing that I want to be one of the best on the scene I have to give it my all.
With nutrition it’s a daily process, although I have a cheat day, my training is prepared in advance and I plan everything 3 months ahead.
Often when I have photoshoots I try to be aggressive in everything training and nutrition wise.
I try to stay cut all year round but I sometimes try to bulk up clean and slow.
HIIT is my preferred cardio, I try doing it everywhere through my runs and bike rides. I like to keep it interesting.
I try to take in more protein and a little bit of good carbs and I have allot of good meat to go with it all.
There are so many good ones but at the moment I think Floyd Mayweather and Mike Tyson because I am a boxing fan. In fitness Greg Plitt is the guy who motivates me as he stands for the real fitness lifestyle.
I take the basic supplements,
- Whey Protein.
- Aminos.
- BCAAs but only when I am on a diet.
1. Train hard, stay motivated and have high realistic goals.
2. Do it right and clean ...With diet and training.
3. Do not to lose focus, in the long run it will pay off.
