
I started training to clear my mind, I found the only ‘me’ time I got was when I was training, so it became more and more frequent. I have 2 kids and I also work full time so my life is very busy! I was sponsored within a month of training, my trainer saw potential in me and it has been up hill from there!
I surround myself with only positivity!

Walking with my pram every night along the beach, nothing better to clear your head before bed!
A lot of raw veggies, fruit and of course my diet is very high in protein! I love cooking so I am always making new variations of meals. As I have 2 children so I am always making different foods for them aswell!

I find that my chocolate protein powder is enough of a hit in itself that if I am craving something sweet I will have a shake and feel better! Either that or a sneaky cappuccino!
Chin ups, Squats, and Lunges!

Haha I get teased a lot about this! Even whilst training with my trainer, I always have one headphone in- listening to Neyo, Usher or 50 cent! My fav track on repeat is Usher Climax at the moment! Not really the usual work out music!!
I do my weight training in the mornings, I wake up at 530am every day to get my kids off to pre school so I can train before work. I do my cardio at night along the beachfront with my boys in their pram!
I have 3 days a week that I train for longer and harder and use those days to do the muscle groups that take me longer- legs, back, shoulders. I train abs 3 days a week.

Short term- Have fun on stage in my upcoming comp! Enjoy and make the most of every opportunity that comes my way!
Long term- To stay lean, I don’t believe in off seasons so I would like to hope I can maintain my figure year round!

I have had 2 children, both pregnancies I put on 28kgs, which (obviously) affected my body, but I believe if you want something bad enough, no matter what it is, you will do whatever you need to, to make it happen! I have bounced back really well and believe giving birth is a natural process and that you need to listen to your body every step of the way!
On how I feel inside, I don’t even own scales!

I love the ladybird range, it’s aimed at woman and the bars taste amazing!!
I also use redbak WPI protein powder- it tastes amazing and even if I wasn’t training I would drink it, it tastes like chocolate milk!
