I started training while playing sports in High School, I would do more boxing drills and endurance running, but the serious training came in College as I was trying to play football. I started a specialized program after reading about the Great Steve Reeves.

I didn’t do cardio and my diet was not great lol.

Change your routine, don’t do the same chest, arm, back, ab or leg routine when you train these bodyparts. The body is a powerful, adaptable machine- it will get use to a specific program in a few weeks. Also, take a week off if you feel burned out, rest is the key and it will re-energize you and relight that burning desire!

I have eclectic taste, so on days I have Tupac on the pod, 80’s POP, 80’s hip hop, lil Wayne, Leg days heavy metal( I know not a big fan, but it helps on leg days)

One bodypart a day one week, then the next I may do two bodyparts a day. I perform many dropsets, supersets. My rep range will stay between 6 to 15 reps depending on the day and bodypart. I do cardio 4 to 5 days a week for 30 to 45 minutes moderate intensity! Sometimes I will workout at the park, play tennis or basketball. It’s important to me to look athletic and have flexibility.

Well it changes, it’s different from competition and shoot diet! I normally carb deplete to shock my metabolism for 5 days when getting ready to shoot. I do increase “healthy fats” when I’m low on carbs. I don’t eat carbs after 6pm when I’m dieting HARD! A gallon of water a day, lots of veggies, chicken and fish. I normally go as low as 30 grams of carbs for 5 to 7 days to get in peak condition. I stay lean year around so it doesn’t take long for me to get SLICED!! Oh yeah, I cut the sodium drastically!

My all time favorite athletes, bodybuilders and fitness models are Steve Reeves,
Flex Wheeler, Sebastian Siegel and Gregg Avedon.

Whey protein, CoQ10, BCAA, Glutamine and multivitamin/mineral,
sometimes Vitamin C and B complex
