My training and nutrition is constantly changing with my body. This is a lifestyle for me and I don't take breaks. I'm consistently looking to improve and grow.

I stay in shape year round.
I've found that switching up cardio every now and then keeps the body in check. I'll do HIIT sprints for a couple weeks, then I'll switch to LISS for a few weeks.
I train 7 days a week. I don't do cardio when I'm not getting ready for a show. Currently, I'm getting ready to compete at the 2014 Arnold Classic in Amateur Men's Physique, so I'm doing 4-5 cardio sessions per week.
I eat 6 meals a day. I incorporate 2 cheat meals a week. My diet is high protein, moderate fat and moderate carbs.
Of course Arnold is a favourite of mine. Michael Jordan, too. My dad, my brother and I wouldn't miss a Bull's game.
I like to drink a good carb drink during my training. I take a multivitamin, omega 3's and joint pill.
