Apple Crumble Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 Apple, peeled and chopped
- 1.5 cups (375ml) unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- ¼ cup (21g) Oats
- ¼ cup (26g) Flaxseed Meal
- ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
